What  is  an  All-Star?

An All-Star is an outstanding and exceptionally skilled individual who is recognized for superior performance and achievements in their respective field.

What  does  it  mean  to  have  an  All-Star  Mindset?

A mindset is a way of thinking or a mental state that influences how a person perceives and responds to situations.

An All-Star Mindset is an exceptionally honed mental state that is fortified through psychological training.  It aids in one's ability to perform to the best of their abilities, no matter how complex, overwhelming, or dire the scenario.

Justin A. Hebert

M.A. Kinesiology - Sport & Exercise Psychology

Justin graduated with his master's degree from California State University Chico with academic distinction.  His culminating project earned him a medal of recognition from the Kinesiology department.  The paper, titled "Exploring the Athletic Identity, Anxiety and Mental Health of Division II Collegiate Athletes in the COVID-19 Era" was published in The Sport Psychologist in 2023.
